9000 shots so far. What do I bring to the table of visual pollution that photographer create each single day?

I don't like my photography, I'm convinced I have no skills. I create 1000 layers of garbage on top of a photograph. I compared my stuff with others and I was ready to walk away from the camera for good. I read books about photography and I learn nothing. I attend seminars and I'm as stupid as before. I press the shutter button and I have actually no idea what I'm doing. All is luck, no greater skills. I have hardly an idea about Photoshop or Lightroom. I read the books, I watch the tutorials, but nothing. 9000 shots in one year. All in all I have maybe 600 good photos. Good in the meaning of "I want to keep them". Not good in the meaning of being a better photographer. Time is running and I don't know much.
